Training Courses, Coach Credentialing & Camps
Bookings for places on courses and other training events will normally be placed on-line via our event booking system. Some clinics and coach credentialing will be billed by invoice. Places are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
Spectator wristbands will be available to buy online until the day before an event, or the event sells out. Individual Spectator wristband orders are no longer shipped out. Your order confirmation e-mail will contain an order number which will be required upon check-in at the venue for a wristband to be issued. All wristbands are sold on a first come first served basis. Many of our events do sell out so we recommend your purchase your spectator tickets as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. Bulk team orders will be shipped along with your coach pack around 2 weeks before the competition and a tracking number will be provided. Once a delivery has been signed for it will be deemed as arrived successfully. As this point all wristbands are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any lost wristbands cannot be replaced and will need to be re-purchased.
Refunds/Changes – Spectator Wristbands
The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) do not apply to contracts for transport and some leisure services to be provided on a specific date e.g. hotel bookings, flights, car hire, concert and other event tickets. Due to the demand for spectator wristbands at our events we are unable to offer any refunds once your order has been placed. Wristbands are however fully transferrable and can be given to someone else to be used instead.
Spectator wristbands are sold as an entrance ticket to the venue and seating is not allocated. Although wristbands will be sold within the safety capacity limits provided by the venue, this number may be different from the the physical number of seat available. A wristbands does not guarantee a seat.
Refunds/Changes – BCQ Courses
If you need to cancel your course booking and a place on alternative suitable course date is available, you can transfer to it free of charge. If another course is not available or you specifically request a refund, a £25 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the course date. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds/Changes – Camps
All camps require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the requested date at the time of booking, with the balance due at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
Change requests must be made in writing to [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can work with you to try and arrange a suitable alternative date. If not possible, a refund (minus the £100 deposit) can be requested.
Any camps cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds/Changes – Competition Fees
Teams or Individual athletes may withdraw from an event at any time. However only withdrawals received via email to [email protected] prior to the on-time closing date by the coach (or nominated contact as shown on the eRegistration system) will be eligible to receive a refund. Individual requests from athletes/parents will not be accepted.
- If the withdrawal is received prior to the on-time closing date, we can either transfer your fees to another BCA competition or refund the entry fee, minus any admin fees incurred if applicable.
- If the withdrawal is received AFTER the on-time closing deadline then no refund will be given. In exceptional circumstances we may still be able to transfer your fees to another BCA competition. This will be assessed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the BCA directors. Requests should be submitted by email to [email protected].
